Packy is a web-based content operations platform operated by Shenzhen Paiyi Technology Co., Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when authorized users connect their TikTok account and use Packy to manage content operations.

We may collect account information that users provide directly, such as name, email address, company name, role, contact details, uploaded content, captions, campaign notes, and operational records.

When a user authorizes Packy through TikTok Login Kit, we may access TikTok account information allowed by the granted scopes, such as basic profile information, profile details, account statistics, video list data, and video upload or publishing permissions.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, connect authorized TikTok accounts, display account and content information inside Packy, prepare video uploads, submit content to TikTok, provide customer support, prevent misuse, and improve operational workflows.

4. TikTok Data

Packy only accesses TikTok data after a user authorizes access. TikTok data is used to provide the product features requested by the user, including account connection, content preparation, video upload, publishing, and performance review. We do not sell TikTok user data.

5. Content Uploads and Publishing

Users are responsible for the videos, captions, and related materials they upload or publish through Packy. Packy processes this content only to support user-selected content management and publishing actions.

6. Data Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, or support the service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to comply with platform rules. We do not sell personal information.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Users may request account or data deletion by contacting us.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. User Choices

Users may disconnect their TikTok account, stop using Packy, or request access, correction, or deletion of their information. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
