Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of Packy, a web-based content operations platform operated by Shenzhen Paiyi Technology Co., Ltd. By accessing or using Packy, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Packy helps authorized users prepare, manage, upload, and publish content to their own TikTok accounts. The service may include TikTok account authorization, content asset management, campaign coordination, publishing workflows, and performance review features.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the legality of your content, the permissions required to use uploaded materials, and all actions performed through your account. You must use Packy only for accounts and content you are authorized to manage.

4. TikTok Authorization

Some features require you to authorize Packy through TikTok. You may revoke authorization according to TikTok's account and app connection controls. Packy will only perform actions that you request through the service and that are permitted by the granted scopes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Packy to upload or publish unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, spam, or abusive content. You may not attempt to bypass platform policies, interfere with service security, access another user's account, or misuse TikTok developer capabilities.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload to Packy. You grant us a limited right to process, store, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide the service and support your selected publishing actions.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for maintenance, security, compliance, product improvement, or business reasons. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Packy Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, content, business, or platform access resulting from use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, platform policies, legal requirements, or security rules. Users may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion.
